Traditional Tibetan garlic tincture for blood vessels

Old Tibetan Remedy

The recipe for this Tibetan remedy was found in an old Tibetan monastery, written on clay tablets. It is assumed to have been recorded more than 2000 years ago and is used against triglycerides, cholesterol, and calcium deposits on blood vessels, as well as for a long life.

In addition to successfully cleaning blood vessels, this old Tibetan remedy improves the elasticity of blood vessels (preventing their rupture and consequently internal bleeding), and prevents heart attacks, strokes, and angina pectoris. Furthermore, it prevents the formation of tumors, improves vision, and rejuvenates the body.

Tibetan Recipe (Garlic and Lemon)

Preparation: Finely grind 300 grams of garlic and 1 kilogram of lemons with their peel. After that, bring 1.5 liters of water to a boil, then reduce the heat, add the minced garlic and lemon, and cover the pot.

Simmer this mixture exclusively on low heat for 14-15 minutes (under no circumstances longer than that). Then remove it from the heat and let it cool down. This is the finished Tibetan remedy, which should be poured and stored in a covered glass container (jar).

Usage: Take this remedy on an empty stomach every morning, specifically 0.5 dl, for 25 days. After that, a 10-day break must be taken, and then the procedure should be repeated until health condition improves. Following that, stop using the remedy.

Note: Strictly adhere to the daily dose of the remedy and the 10-day break between two cures. After recovery, the remedy should not be taken, but only if health condition deteriorates. Healthy individuals who decide to take the remedy to improve their general physical condition should apply only one to two cures per year, specifically twice for 25 days with a 6-month interval.

Tibetan Tea for Longevity (Ginger, Lemon, Honey, Pepper, and Anise)

In addition to the old Tibetan remedy, we also provide the recipe for a Tibetan tea that serves as protection against stress and extends lifespan.

Preparation: Boil 2 liters of water for 5 minutes, then let it cool. When cold, add 5 grams of grated ginger, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 pinch of hot pepper, and 1 pinch of anise.

Usage: Drink this Tibetan tea in sips throughout the day or, even better, 1 cup before each meal.

The prepared quantity of 2 liters of tea is sufficient for three people.
