  1. APPLE JUICE WITH HONEY

Cut off the top of a fresh apple and remove the core containing the seeds. Pour light-colored, natural honey into the hollow part of the apple. Cover the apple with its cut top and let it stand like that for two full days. After two days, pour the liquid from the apple into a bottle with a dropper. Apply two drops into each eye morning and evening. These drops, which represent a mixture of apple juice and honey, will sting, but endure it because they prevent the further development of cataracts and dissolve them gradually. Apply these drops for 10 days, then take a week-long break.

  1. DROPS: HONEY + PROPOLIS + WATER

Buy a water-based propolis solution sold for children at the pharmacy. Pour liquid honey into a bottle with these drops in a 1:1 ratio and store the prepared mixture in the refrigerator. Prepare smaller amounts more frequently, enough for 3 days. Pour 2 of these drops into the eyes three times a day for a longer period.

  1. DROPS FROM BOILED EGG WHITE AND HONEY

Boil a fresh egg until it is hard. Peel it and cut it into two halves. Remove the yolk, which you will not need. Place the hard-boiled egg white halves on a plate with the hollow side facing up and pour half a teaspoon of good, liquid honey into each hollow. Let it stand for 24 hours, covered with some container so that dust does not fall on it. The next day, pour the liquid from the egg whites into a bottle with a dropper. Store it in the refrigerator. Pour 2 drops into both eyes twice a day for a longer period.

  1. FRESH ALOE DROPS

Get an aloe cactus in a pot. In the morning, before a meal, pluck a fresh aloe leaf and squeeze a few drops into both eyes, and eat the rest of the leaf with honey. You can also drop a mixture of fresh aloe juice, honey, and distilled water into the eyes in a 1:1:1 ratio, meaning mix one teaspoon of each. Apply the drops into the eyes three times a day.

NOTE

Use the mentioned remedies alternately. After pouring the drops into the eyes, close the eye and gently massage with your finger over the closed eyelid, this will make the drops work better.

OTHER REMEDIES

  1. DROPS FROM BLUEBERRY JUICE WITH WATER

Buy blueberries, they can be frozen. Squeeze clear juice and mix with distilled or filtered water in a 1:2 ratio. The drops must always be freshly squeezed. Pour these drops into the eyes in the evening, before bedtime.

  1. EYE WASHING WITH MARIGOLD TEA

Pour half a liter of water over three teaspoons of dried marigold flowers and let them stand for 2 hours. Strain this tea and drink half a cup 4 times a day. Also wash your eyes with this tea.

  1. GREEN TEA HELPS

Drink larger amounts of strong green tea. Keep compresses of cotton wool soaked in green tea on your closed eyes for 10 minutes 2-3 times a day.

  1. EAT ORANGE-COLORED FRUIT AND VEGETABLES

Eat oranges, carrots, and other yellow and orange fruits and vegetables, because beta-carotene from these foods slows down the progression of cataracts.
